2024 IBJJF Atlanta Winter Open – Bronze

I traveled to Atlanta to get a warm-up tournament in before the IBJJF Pans. With no one signed up for my heavyweight division, I only had the open division for matches. However, the other two opponents would provide a good challenge in this three man bracket. I received a first round bye. My match was a very close one, with neither of us able to score a point. My opponent did secure an advantage point during the match, which became the sole deciding factor. So I ended up with 3^rd place for the day.
