The Combat Corner Grappling Championship has been around for a number of years. This weekend was titled “volume 19”, but they used to do more than one per year. Their first year of hosting was 2008. It is fairly well ran. The over 35 division varies a quite a bit from year to year. This year there were a couple of other brown belts and a black belt! Unfortunately they were all at least 10 pounds lighter than me, so they were bracketed against other’s closer to their weight. It was a decent turnout as the over 35 division goes though.
